Immediately before the girls could even look at the toys, the lady said "don't touch anything" "toys aren't for playing." If you don't want toys touched, put them at a level kids can't reach. How are customers supposed to determine if they want them or not if we can't test them out? Then we walked into the room at the check out. There was a box full of little toys that looked like they came from happy meals. My girls found two little one inch figurines they liked. The lady kept following us from room to room. She said "those are only for paying customers." How was she to know we weren't going to buy anything? My oldest daughter asked me nicely if she could have it, but the lady interrupted the conversation and said "she can have it for a dollar." I'm sorry, what? You're going to charge me for a toy that if I buy something they would get for free? Her whole attitude towards us was completely disrespectful. Before we could even finish looking around I decided to leave the establishment because I don't think they deserve our business or any business from parents with kids. The building it is in is a little older but other than that completely safe by our standards (it was just us girls. Me and my younger sister). The owner is such a beautiful person and so helpful. First impression was it smelled SOOOO good when we first walked in! Second impression was the owner greeted us and you could tell she meant it. We shopped for about an hour and she gave HONEST opinions of what we tried on. If she didn't like it she told us. That's rare, most people just want you to buy something. Third impression was she had everything ORGANIZED! Fourth impression was the pricing was EXCELLENT! Didn't break our bank and we are traveling so that was awesome. She has VERY nice stuff for not even HALF of what we would have paid for in the mall. She had lots of new stuff too. I would def recommend this little spot to ANYONE! A couch, accent chair, and ottoman can run you in the neighborhood of $1500-plus dollars, but I found a living room set in very good condition -- I think there was one imperfection on the leather of the sofa -- for $375. They were also super-helpful in that I saw the living room set just a few days before I was going to leave the country, and so normally their policy is to require you to pick up purchased goods within a week, but because of extenuating circumstances, they kept it while I went on my trip. Good selection, good service.
