My hair has changed for the better, since starting here. I love the keratin triplex and moisturizer treatments and believe that's why my hair is healthier, along with better products. The 3 reasons I continue to go: 1. My stylist - I'd give you her name but she's always busy and I don't want to make it even harder to get in to see Rachel 2. The Shampoo Scalp Massage - best ever with your feet up you'll probably fall asleep! 3. Cookies - warm and amazing not always available. ...o yeah, and sometimes another stylist will help blow dry to really make you feel important. I like it cause you can book online, as well as call but it's easier for me to book and change online. they send reminders 48 and 24 hours before. The receptionist is kind, and I've only had to wait for my appointment 1 time and my stylist found someone else to help get started. It is expensive, VERY expensive - it might be the only negative to the place and why I have a 4 star. They have a menu for drinks as well, if they gave you one free drink while getting your hair done it would help at checkout.

The stylist are nice, quick, and professional. I really like how they save your preferences in their computer. It eliminates explaining what you want, there doesn't seem to be any confusion, and they confirm what you want before they begin. I don't need a flashy salon, just a place that gets the job done.
