This company is a scam. I signed up for a month.. sent out a few "campaigns". Even though my customers opted into the list and I uploaded the hundreds of numbers, Alva at customer service said they wouldn't receive a text until it's been approved.. and I guess that's a 3 hour delayed process. But she didn't know or wouldn't tell me what is that 3 hour process. She also couldn't tell me why my customers were receiving texts at 2AM if they weren't approved to receive texts. And I don't even know what text they received. Obviously I didn't understand the protocol so I asked her to walk us through it, and she said no she won't and there's no one else in customer service or a manager. (What??!) She also didn't have a reference code or call number for our call. But don't worry, I didn't have to ask to cancel the account. She offered and did it right on the spot. Fastest service right there. As a business owner, I am shocked, frustrated, and bewildered. They obviously don't need my business. I just hope that others aren't scammed and my customers aren't as frustrated as I am with having to ask them again to switch to a new texting service.
