When I texted and called her she didn't respond. Then I spoke to her through in home camera and she flipped out on me calling me names and threatening that she's going to leave now if i "don't get my ass home right effing now". She continued to yell at me through the camera. While I got out of class at this point my son was distressed and crying in hysteria. She proceeded to call my son horrible names and eventually left the house and stood outside while my son was in panic crying for 15 mins while I was driving. When I finally arrived she was still outside proceeded calling me names. I ran into the house with my daughter and saw my son on the floor in complete panic. They clearly did not do a thorough background check on her. Our other nanny was good but she quit because she felt "overworked". While she never worked for more than 40-43 hours per week. Having said that the agency provided us with babysitters when our nanny wasn't available and we're very efficient with it.

To be able to find someone that you trust to take care of your brand new baby is so hard. I was so blessed to find such an amazing and professional daycare. My daughter entered into the school at 8 weeks and she stayed in the same class with the same ladies until she turned a year. The women who took care of her are absolutely amazing (Myra, Thelma, Madeline & Regina!) If I didn't have to move, I would still have kept her there at the school. I wish there were more Happy Kids around South Florida. The programs are really great, the teachers that my daughter had were just so kind and so loving towards her. I hope that everyone else that goes there has a great experience too. The admin and GM are extremely professional and it seems to be more of a corporate setting which I really appreciate because it shows more guidelines and rules for the teachers and parents. The children that attend that are older than infants are required to wear uniform polo's and they have great classroom facilities and a playground area with the rubber ground for the kids to play on. After this incident Andrea the director,had the audacity to tell us he was only left unattended on a boppy on the floor for 29 seconds... imagine? The cameras that we thought would show us exactly what proceeded to happen, mysteriously only had one angle.. parents please be more careful, ask questions, don't let the glitz and the glamour fool you! So because of her missing a week they asked me to pay a penalty of a half week to " reserve her seat" what kind of school penalizes you for keeping your child home for being sick due to its irresponsibility? Their kids were teenagers, and still visit this facility's owners to say hello. This facility cannot be praised high enough. The professionalism, care for the children and lessons taught have provided my grands with the greatest head start academically.
