We have always valued a strong education as the benchmark to success, happiness, and individual awareness. Thanks to Ms. Busta, the teachers and assistants, you are giving our grandchildren these benchmarks early on in their lives and they are enjoying the thrills that come with learning and building esteemed values that will guide them through life. The principal is so nice and is actively checking classes every day to make sure the teachers are doing their job. A lot of my teachers are really nice. Plus, it has helped me a lot with my education and I've been an honor roll and a straight A student. They also hold tons of events like Hispanic heritage, spelling bees, Halloween gala, and more. It's a great school honestly I don't really see any flaws.

This is my personal experience with this school. After reading you can form your own opinion…read more I had my 13 year old in this school & currently have my 8 and 9 year old attending. They joined back in 2021. This school is ran very politically so if you aren't ready to become close friend with facility or provide them with some sort of financial incentive, prepare to feel like the odd ball. Other than that the facility is a bit, historic. Taken care of to their best ability. Sometimes things are broken and they get to them when they can. There will be stalls out of order until they can get to them. There will be instances where the ac doesn't function so well.... So now the incident that drove me withdraw my daughter. My daughter was seen with a mark on her face during class. Her teacher, Ms.Amargada I think it is, saw this and brought it up too the principal, Marisol. They both decided to call me (only Marisol spoke) and ask me if I knew anything about the mark on her face. I was confused because I was being called at 12:30 on the afternoon being asked as if I knew. I appreciate the initial concern and communication...the call continued on with Marisol asking me the same question in different forms. I simply asked they spoke with my daughter about this, which they did not. After the bright idea came into their head to ask my daughter, they called me back with her and told us both that she could call dcf. She asked my daughter if everything was going on and she assured her that everything was fine. We hung up for a second time. I gave the school a call back because I won't say it but I'm sure you can see what was being implied. I called back and let Marisol know that she had my permission to go into my 8 and 9 year olds class and ask them whatever she would like about my household , had she had any assumptions, I let her know to please ask away to my two smaller children and clear it up. To which she chose not to, stating and I quote, "I do not want to involve them". My daughter ended up clearing up what happened in the form of a text via a friends phone, about 10 minutes after the 3 phone calls. The next morning I went in and showed Marisol the message. Then I proceeded to transfer my daughter out of the school. They were clearing trying to villainize me and it was clear from the begging their tunnel vision on the matter. A call to ask about a mark or ANY concern for that matter of fact should never involve implications towards anyone about abuse, without reason to believe, it also shouldn't included a threat to call other entities. That wasn't correct of Marisol. So I peacefully withdrew my daughter. Marisol did in fact call dcf, they came to my home. I had the pleasure of explaining to them this, they spoke to my children , the same children she didn't want to involve because she knew that wouldn't have fit her narrative, then they advised me to complain about Marisol because how they put it to me, mater is a company & the customer service that I was receiving wasn't mirroring their brand values. Also the fact that Marisol's actions towards me showed to be very direct and intentional. I have no intention to do so but I do hope this helps who ever it may. You have a lot of good reviews, be mindful, to have a lot of money in your pocket and a fake smile to hand out, if not you too can find yourself in my situation.

We are immensely grateful and forever indebted to this school, the teachers, and the administers. They have collectively help raise and shape our children's trajectory. Throughout their journey, our children have had consistently the same teachers and an abundance of love and patience. Their curriculum is rigorous, but age-appropriate. Our children graduated knowing basic math principles and reading short sentences. GSKA provides lunch, an exciting summer camp program, and fun activities throughout the year. They make an effort to constantly have events and create memories for their students. There are so many teachers that I could not name them all, but know that you all have a special place in our hearts. A special thank you to: Ms. Paola, Ms. Exilia, Ms. Tati, and both Ms. Midi. And to the administrators, Ms. Fernanda and Ms. Ani. We are also grateful for Ms. Maggie, the owner, who manages GSKA with love. She has provided affordable child care in an area that does not have many options. She loves her business and it is evident in how she has evolved to make her school every year a little better than the year before. If you are looking for a pre-school, look no further, GSKA is the best option in the area. Without any hesitation, we recommend GSKA. Thank you for 8 amazing years!

The owner claimed to not know why he had this reaction and when asked, he would only say "the teachers were mean to him". We withdrew him immediately and the owner (Kristen) hounded me for another month's worth of tuition, which I reluctantly paid her (I now wish I hadn't). Jump forward a year and Henry started K this week. He had the same reaction as we tried to bring him to class each morning - until he learned that not all teachers or schools are "mean". It took 4 heartbreaking days of screaming and crying to overcome his experience at ORA. Thankfully, he seems better now. In talking with other parents recently, I've heard similar stories. I've also heard that all or part of the staff at ORA was replaced in early 2019 - I don't know the reason why. In doing some research on my own, I've also learned that Kristen was charged by the Broward Sheriffs Office in 2013 with 1 count of welfare fraud, a 3rd degree felony, and arrested on that charge in 2017. The case was disposed of in 2018 with a plea of no-contest (Broward Case#: 17008520CF10A). I wish I had that information before enrolling my son at ORA. Amusingly, their website touts criminal background checks on all employees. I'm sure there are good stories about ORA but all I can do is share mine with the hope that others benefit from it. I paid way too much money for the outcome of a 5yo who thinks school is a scary place.

I noticed on their website they had a special going on so I called them to verify, the women I spoke to told me that yes that special was accurate and they would value my sons enrollment at that price. She took down my information and told me she would get back to me the following day. No one got back to me for the rest of the week, I waited till Friday thinking they may be busy wasn't worried since they already had my information for the enrollment, but when I reached out to them on Friday they told me that offer was no longer valuable and they couldn't do anything about it that was a special that was on but now taken off. They told me the person I spoke to misinformed me. I think they handled the situation very unprofessionally as I had already spoke to someone about it and they were suppose to get back to me to began the enrollment process. Had they handled it differently I would have still signed my son up, but I don't want him somewhere where they don't care about taking care of their future clients or even keep their word.

When…read morewe we're looking for a preschool for our toddler we initially wanted a Montessori as it was highly recommended by few friends.Anyway the school was already booked for the next year. We did a tour and liked a school, and we were pretty satisfied with a year our two year old completed here. We decided to continue, but this year is a different story. Actually a friend of mine whose kid was in different class, pulled her kid before this school year, pointing out that school has some issues. I don't know if that's because the director changed or the school run out of money, but activities became so limited. Most of the days kids just doing coloring and painting, not much of diverse materials are used even though you pay for it.Last year was much better regarding this.Curriculum missing some creativity. This year there have been zero field trips even though they were promised. Instead of taking kids to a museum tour as a field trip, they invite you(it's optional activity)to bring your kids on the weekend for a museum tour and charge you like 60$ per ticket.Ridiculous. Christmas party that was planned for a while was basically a bounce house. Other important thing, they are short on staff. The pictures of daily kids activities are posted on the app not very often. For that I don't blame the teacher(my kid teacher is great by the way, knowledgeable, passionate and caring and we really like her),but she is by herself most of the times so obviously can't do everything. On the good note, the school is very clean, super safe, everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is great, front desk ladies are amazing, very communicative and always there for any questions, ready to help you out with a smile. My kid's teacher is amazing as well, she pours all of her heart in care for the children. So to conclude they should invest more (financially and academically)to make a better experience for the children.

This had been the first time my son would be away from us (he's 4 yrs old) and the transition was marvelous. He loved going to school everyday. He made great friends and in a short period of time (5 months) he's learned so much, it's unbelievable to me! Unfortunately we are moving to another city and honestly, the saddest part for me has been withdrawing my son from BIA. I love how involved parents can be (I sure was!) and the learning environment is fantastic. My son and I have nothing but great memories to take with us from BIA and can only hope that his next preschool is remotely close to how awesome BIA is. Thank you so much BIA for absolutely everything! I will recommend them always!
