Don't even think to ask a question like, what does this test mean and where do I call to make this appointment? I made an appointment with the hospital to get tests done that they ordered. Two weeks later, the Friday before my Monday appointment at 3:00pm the hospital called saying they wouldn't do the test because the doctor's office hadn't sent in approval to my insurance. I called the doctor's office and the lady who answered essentially told me it wasn't worth her time to work on it because it wouldn't be approved today. I originally went in for what I thought might be a gall bladder issue. The NP felt my stomach, told me it was absolutely not my gall bladder, and ordered several tests. When I returned with the results, she told me she was ordering a gall bladder test. I feel that this entire office is completely inept and they don't want to deal with patients. The bedside manner could use a total overhaul. Unfortunately, this is the only place close that takes my insurance, so I'm screwed. I can only hope they get enough negative reviews to make a change.

He is kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and I feel completely confident that he has my best interests in mind at all times. On top of that, after my last visit the turnaround time for getting my test results was incredible - he reached out to me in less than 24 hours! My only complaint about this access location is that it can be hard to get an appointment because they're often booked up way in advance. Apparently this is because they're supposed to have three doctors working there full time but right now they only have two. This is obviously not my doctor's fault but hopefully they can get a new doctor working there soon, and hopefully that doctor is as good as Dr. Creary!

Dr. Gasparis refused to contact hospice and told her to bring her mother into the office so he could examine her. She was in such bad shape that she was unable to walk and had been sleeping about 23 hours a day. Somehow they were able to carry her in and he said that "she is not ready for hospice". Well, three days later she died. This doctor is the poorest excuse for a caring doctor and a heartless human being. DO NOT let this doctor care for your loved one.
