I told him to go ahead anyway, as I have a backup shaft. Very happy with his approach, professionalism with me, and the great job he did with the shaft. The splash pad is not as big but gets the job done. The zoo has many interesting animals like camels, goats, capybaras, alpacas, otters and many more. There is a train at the far end of the zoo for a short but fun train ride at a minimal cost. Price of admission is $0! So even if you're there just a short time, it's totally worth it if it's on your way. Parking can be limited on weekends or holidays due to how busy it gets.

Got a chance to see their luxury boats and it's like a floating hotel. Can't wait to go back. Highlights of the trip were Boyd island, Bobcaygeon, Lower Buckhorn lake, Wolfe Island and Lovesick lock.

If I were management I would take her off front desk and have her clean the croc feces. Never returning due to this horrible experience.

The cottages are definitely rustic (honestly I think using the word resort in the name is a bit of a stretch) but comfortable. The website descriptions are pretty accurate so i won't waste space on that. There 5 cottages, shared paddle boats, kayaks and canoes. There are frequently lots of families and the kids enjoy running between the beach and play ground. As I said the cottages are rustic but obvious recent improvements such as recently built fire pits for each cottage. Bring a fishing rod...honestly I have no idea what type of fish...but the kids had hours of fun every day fishing off the dock the beach area is good but other than that the lake is pretty weedya

The property is very well maintained and taken care of with no sign of disrepair or complacency, very nicely laid out as well. The cottages are appointed with everything to make your stay as comfortable as can be. Amenities such as fully appointed kitchen, indoor fireplace, bbq, comfortable beds and furniture, sat tv, and of course wifi (that worked perfect). All you need to bring is your clothes and food and you're good to go. The cabins have a nice size deck that faces the water with a fire pit just steps away. There is also a small onsite store and you can rent watercraft to get out on the lake as well. The owner seemed genuinely concerned at making our stay enjoyable yet was not intrusive in the slightest way, very considerate. I would not hesitate to recommend Fees Landing to my friends and family without a fear of disappointing anyone and will go back in the near future.

It's been a few years since Yelpers have reviewed this provincial park, but I can say, it seems like it's as good as its ever been. Of note, after you turn into the "entrance" of the park, it's still a good 2-3 km drive on narrow dirt/gravel roads before you enter the actual parking area. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the petroglyphs and were very patient/enthused about answering questions about their history and interpretations. The petroglyphs themselves are housed in a nearly 40-year old structure that protects it from degradation from the elements (because acid rain and limestone don't mix) and humans (because in the 70s, people use to picnic and party on them). There are 3 trails in the area, and I'd recommend some good hiking shoes because there are good sections of elevation and rocks. The Nanabush Trail seems to be the "Goldilocks" of the them - not too long, not too short, but just right.

Very much a tripping hazard. We disconnected at night so that folks wouldn't trip in it in the dark. Outside of that issue, everything was fine and standard. Park staff are very friendly and welcoming. The one beach for guests was open and nice. The other beach for day use was closed due to bad water quality. Saw a Barred Owl close up, a little to close when walking over to the comfort station at night (scare the cr*p out of us), nice to see close up in wild doing owl things and no did not careless we were there it was to busy making its dinner
