They not only will come to fix ANY issue needed, but also will even go further to "rescue you" if ur stuck with a roach/wasp inside your place with no one around to kill it (yup I was that crazy woman/wimp who hates to approach large bugs LOL). But they didn't have to do that for me and they did. To add, they also wave and smile to you as you drive pass them thru the complex each time too. They requested a free estimate before we started, signed our work authorization, and agreed to the quoted price. However, when I submitted the final invoice, I was ignored. They were very responsive during our process and they confirmed that they received our invoice but all communication stopped once it was time to pay. Every effort to reach out has ended with no response. I'm more than willing to remove this review if I'm provided with a valid phone number or email address for someone who can actually resolve this issue. Until then, service vendors should proceed with caution.

Debris around the building, stone on the retaining walls in need of repair, landscaping needs a lot of work, putting area looks awful, front door that is supposed to open when the button is pushed does not work well. The staff at the entrance, maintenance and bus driver were all very nice. The management which changed a few times in the 1 year my mother was there were not friendly and responded slowly if at all when contacted. She heard complaints many times from residence about their interactions with anyone in management. They had good food when we first moved in. Then it began to change. The food was not as good. The dinning staff ended up all walking out at one time. The last time I heard they still had not been replaced. If you are considering this property do your homework, ask a lot of questions and be willing to deal with the above-mentioned issues. Hopefully you will find a better option. The contract they use is very difficult and tenant unfriendly. I asked if there were to be health reasons that led to a move from independent living to another facility with assisted living if they would work with me to cut short the length of the agreement without penalties and I was told they would. That did not happen. They were not the least bit sympathetic. With the Lodge it is all about them. I feel they do the minimum they can possibly do. Seniors deserve better!!
