The property is littered with dog fences and much of the landscaping has died, pine straw and bad sprinklers is all that's left. No one picks anything up here not even your spirits. Common spaces are stained with liquid trash from residents garbage bags dripping down the halls and stairs. Spiders and cob webs adorn the bug filled light fixtures in the hallways. Be your own extermThose are never cleaned it maintained. The once beautiful open space behind the property is now littered with trash.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX! We were tenants at The Crest…read morefor four years and moved out in March 2026. During our time there, we experienced repeated HVAC issues, and the final repair took more than a month to resolve. Communication and follow-through from management were consistently disappointing. Throughout the four years we lived there, I repeatedly requested that the breezeway in our building be pressure washed because it was heavily stained and dirty. Each time, management said it would be addressed, but it never happened. The areas visible to the public and prospective tenants were maintained, while the resident areas directly outside the apartments were neglected. Another ongoing issue was the trash situation on weekends when valet service was unavailable. Trash would pile up, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. For a property marketed as "luxury," the upkeep and overall resident experience did not reflect the premium prices being charged. The most frustrating experience came after we moved out. We received a notice claiming we owed money for what we believe to be normal wear and tear, and our security deposit was withheld. On top of that, the notice was sent outside the legally required timeframe. We disputed the charges, but the property still sent the account to collections and reported it to the credit bureaus. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage prospective renters to think carefully before signing a lease here. I intend to post my experience on every social media platform to warm others about The Crest.
