After 10-15min with one customer i finally got to her and she informed me this was only for preferred customers and told me where the normal line was. I walk upstairs to that line and it was insane. There were 2 people working a line of 30 ppl. They were taking their time with no sense of urgency. At some point a 3rd girl came and then one of the other workers left. It was horrible. I signed up for preferred service while in the line and then tried to go back to the preferred line and the girl in preferred couldn't help. They're so slow with no sense of urgency and no common sense to keep working the line when it's incredibly long. Because of this nonsense I was late to my event. I will never order from them again

The property does show some signs of age, and we noticed that the second bedroom was missing the TV remote, but everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff member also let us know that free breakfast was offered, but we slept so well that we ended up missing it! They only get 1-star because the employee was nice & pleasant. Service is 0-stars because after…read morestanding in a very long queue for the pre-paid, automatic transmission car, they tell me that they have no automatic cars, only manual transmission. I haven't driven a stick shift since the 1980s and don't want to take my chances in a foreign country when it's the first time driving here! They say I have to wait because there's one due back but it's an hour late. I've been waiting 1.5-hours and they say they have a BMW 3 Series that's automatic but it will cost me $25 a day more. When I say that it's not my fault that they don't have what I pre-booked and that they should give me the upgrade for free, he said the manager said he can't do that. This is BS! Maybe they should rent one from a competitor! Or just give me they BMW at no additional cost. It's been very frustrating to say the least. If I wasn't staying out in the French countryside, I wouldn't have even rented a car. I think I'll get a refund and book an Uber! Maybe there's a reason they are called "Budget!" I guess you get what you pay for. Usually I have 2 different rental companies booked but this time I didn't because I pre-paid through the airline I took. Never do that again either!
