I followed the signs to rental cars which took me to the parking garage where there was an Avis counter. The person working the counter was sooo slow. After 10-15min with one customer i finally got to her and she informed me this was only for preferred customers and told me where the normal line was. I walk upstairs to that line and it was insane. There were 2 people working a line of 30 ppl. They were taking their time with no sense of urgency. At some point a 3rd girl came and then one of the other workers left. It was horrible. I signed up for preferred service while in the line and then tried to go back to the preferred line and the girl in preferred couldn't help. They're so slow with no sense of urgency and no common sense to keep working the line when it's incredibly long. Because of this nonsense I was late to my event. I will never order from them again

One of his best suggestions was to visit one cellar in Reims and the other in Épernay rather than staying in a single town. This allowed us to enjoy a scenic drive through the picturesque vineyards, visit the iconic Avenue de Champagne, and stop in Hautvillers, the charming village of Dom Pérignon, where we took in stunning views over the Marne Valley and the surrounding vineyards. Those thoughtful recommendations turned an already exciting day into an unforgettable experience. Stephane also recommended several lunch stop options, including Le Bellevue Restaurant & Bar inside the Royal Champagne Hotel in Champillon (which is the one we selected).
