I was pleasantly surprised by the array of jewellery available by local artists. The store was bright, airy, modern, and fresh! I loved the tree at the entrance to the store used to display local jewellery! I found most of the clothing a little out of my price range - but many beautiful pieces none the less. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous little change purse after drooling over dozens and dozens of items. One girl in particular at this location named Hannah was an absolute angel! I pulled lots of items myself and she added some to my dressing room as well. I didn't feel that need to up-sale pressure from her, it felt like she was genuinely showing me pieces I may have missed myself or that she thought I would like. I was also grateful because she was super helpful with putting items on hold for my mom to go pick up later as my birthday gift! Sadly there was one piece I couldn't find in the store so she wrote it down and mentioned to my mom how they could special order it to the store so I could pick it up once it arrived in the store. Of course, my mom thought that was a great idea and went forward with it and stuck the receipt I needed in the gift bag along with everything else. Well later we got the email stating it had arrived and right away I drove all the way to the west end from Sherwood Park and I had forgotten the receipt I needed to pick up the shirt my mom had special ordered for me. I felt like a complete idiot but luckily the girls at the counter reassured me that if someone at home could send me a picture of it that would be totally acceptable as well. So in the end I got everything I wanted and had an excellent experience at this location. Once again I just want to say thank you to Hannah for all the help she gave me! I have friends that have found some fabulous treasures here in the clothing liquidations but I haven't found that hidden Easter Egg yet. The layout is kinda like a thrift store but way less organized. You need time when you come here to sort and sift through the garbage to find the gems. Also, sign up for their email online for advance notice of sales and coupons. It's a fun little liquidation warehouse but it could be improved significantly with better organization and layout.
