However, I went to the audit with full confidence knowing that I ran an honest business & keep all records on file, only to find out that The IRS officer had a very different perspective - She denied everything saying that evidences are not satisfactory to 'her liking'! I had to get some SERIOUS help. With help of Sam, who has extensive experience in IRS audit environment, I met with tax attorney who specializes in tax litigation. They quickly walked me through what was probably going on, and assured me that we had a good chance of proving them wrong since I kept good record. Good Evening, I recently applied for my first LLC a few days ago and I had a tax question that Sam was happy to help me with. I stopped by a local CPA's office and the staff was not so nice and treated me very rude. Luckily, earlier in the day I was calling around for CPA's to possibly help with my tax question and I called Sam's office and hung up due to me driving. Later in the evening I believe Sam was doing follow up calls and called my phone. He politely asked if I called his number earlier in the day and I responded with "No, I am sorry". He politely said "Thank you, Sir and please have a nice day". Suddenly, I remembered I did make a few calls to a additional CPA company prior to the one that was not so nice to me. Sam was so nice me, as I was very sad with my tax question looming over my head being unanswered. The previous company told me it would be $250.00 for me to ask my "simple" question. I called Sam back asked if he was in the business familiar with LLC's...lol. He responded with "Yes" and informed me of his company in a very polite manner.
