Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about business tax matters, but I feel an extra sense of security that they are certified to work on my behalf by representing me in an audit as part of my service agreement. So not only are they CPA's, but they have the EA designation, which stands for Enrolled Agent. On top of that, they are very friendly, down to earth, focused and efficient. I was also very impressed with Jennifer who sets the appointments for Brad. This year she called me about 2 months before the April 15th deadline, which gave me plenty of time to organize my receipts and reports, without any pressure of having to rush to get things done. If you want to pay fewer taxes -- and WIN when the IRS audits you -- then Bradley Haupt is your man. Bradley has been my CPA since 1999, and has given me excellent advice for reducing my tax liability. In fact, I can't remember the last time I paid any federal income tax, over and above the 15% self employment tax (which is unavoidable). When Bradley prepares your tax return, he offers optional "audit protection" for an extra fee. I have paid it every year. So do most of his other clients. Well I'm glad I did! The IRS recently audited me for tax year 2007. I understand that in the majority of cases, the IRS wins their audits, at least partially. However, thanks to Bradley, I won the audit and paid the IRS zero. And this was during a tax year when I was aggressive with write-offs. Since I'd already paid him for "audit protection", there was no extra cost for the time Brad spent defending me, or preparing my defense. Although his official hourly rate seems high, I can't remember the last time he billed me for phone advice. I generally pay him just once a year, and that's when he prepares my tax return. read more

We've been going to Brad more than 10 years and we completely trust him. He's seen us through home purchases, short sales, childbirth, and more. We always get the insurance and so far haven't had to use it. But, Brad is always available throughout the year when we've had tax related questions. This is the BEST company I have ever had dealings with in my entire life. I have had Matt doing my taxes for years and even while he had so many other things going on in his life he still did my taxes the last day I was able to file and I called him on Oct the 15th telling him I hadn't done anything and didn't even have my paperwork together.
