She started off by doing a thorough consultation to get an idea of what could be the cause of the pain. She spent more than an hour with my partner after the consultation doing a specialised back massage. She let me watch to see if I could pick up tips so I can do a bit of massage for my partner at home. She was very considerate with him and always checked if he was comfortable at all times. She was very professional and demonstrated excellent client care. She also worked a bit on his upper legs to relieve any tension that could also be causing the tension in his lower back. She did the same with me and pin pointed where my pain was to work more specifically on it. She then finished off the session with giving us after care advise and recommending stretched and exercises we should do to help and prevent this pain in the future. After about 3-5 days, me and my partner started to feel the effects of her magic hands! the pain was slowly easing, we were able to sleep better and now both of our pains has completely gone with only one massage. She recommended we do this regularly as we are both into exercising to prevent this from reoccurring.
