While at it - I find 2 things about Xootr kick scooters superior to the competition: first, the bearings on the Xootr wheels keep going forever spinning quietly and without wear, they seem to be of NASA quality and I'm not kidding (I bought my Xootr 15 years ago!). Perhaps that's why Xootr scooters are rated as the fastest in reviews. Secondly, the width of the board is incredibly useful - it lets you rest your other foot comfortably and, what nobody has picked up on, it helps you "steer with your legs" by shifting body weight onto the broad base with your feet.
