There are white walls with two brick pillars in the middle of the restaurant. I ordered the Capitano pizza, which was absolutely delicious. Organic Finnish dry-cured ham, mozzarella, smoked cheese, and almond green pesto. Crust was incredibly soft and chewy, which I think is key in any Neopolitan pizza. The flavors from the sauce and cheese were incredible. The pesto was mixed with the red sauce perfectly, slightly sweet taste. The ham was good, slightly salty but not too much. I forget what my friend got but it had salami and looked great. I included a picture. Service was excellent. Waitress spoke perfect English (I think most people in Helsinki do). Even though it wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, it was very good, and I'm going to give 5 stars because I think they deserve it. 4.5/5 if I'm being technical. I would go back without a doubt if I lived here.

But the good news is that a new Skiffer opened in the center of Helsinki at Erottaja. Here you can now get all the amazing Liuskas you know from Luiskasaari and some more all winter through. The setting is very nice and upscale and the service was good. I had half of a large pie with pepperoni slices (some places in Europe call it Salami) and bacon. The bacon was not cooked to the crisp I normally like but was still good. Additionally, the crust of the pie was not cooked to my desirable crisp, either. However, these are personal preferences and do not take away from the pizza being good. Good flavor, good cheese to sauce ratio and a good portion size for lunch. The pie crust is very thin so if you are hungry I would recommend a full pie to yourself.
