The company refuses to produce receipts for confirmed trips to Home Depot and Handyman Hardware, despite multiple mentions by both the manager and handyman of purchasing materials from these stores. Their response has been, "Trust us, we buy in bulk," which is not acceptable without documentation. Workmanship was subpar, with several jobs left incomplete. Prices were extremely high, and the business practices appear questionable. I was never hostile, but when a company threatens collections, I have every right to seek legal counsel.
