Lizzie came in a few mins after I sat down. We started with a skin assessment. Lizzie listens, communicates clearly and helps you determine the best products for your skin. They also offer the Hydra facial which I will try sometimes in the near future. Lizzie has magical hands and you can really tell she is so passionate about what she does. This time, my experience went really well all the way around. Me and my boyfriend returned (having to pay for one massage). The facility was still clean and the staff were all super friendly. My massage was done very well. My boyfriend and I were put in separate rooms this time and got to enjoy our massages. I was very relaxed and my masseuse was making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everything was very nice, I even almost fell asleep. I am very happy that the facility reached out to me after my first review. Even though the issue was something minor they wanted to make it right. The service is excellent and the staff is amazing. I would return when I feel the need for a pampering.

I am a fan of using natural, organic raw ingredients nothing that has to be tested on animals is nothing I want to use on my skin! Besides I love animals why would want to hurt them?
