We walked through the closest, but incorrect, door and was greeted so pleasantly by a stylist who graciously helped find out who was taking care of my client so she wasn't needing to move around a lot. The stylist that took my client, Alana, was so patient. She explained what she was doing, she engaged in great conversation and was accommodating for my clients needs during the cut.
