If you want to avoid waiting, call ahead to make an appointment. The waiting area has several couches for you to sit and has a television showing daytime television. For longer services, like facials (microdermabrasion, peels), you need to call ahead to make an appointment. The quality of the eyebrow threading is high. I usually ask for them to remain thick, for the stray hairs to be taken out, as well as to have the shape enhanced. When I first started coming here, I had a goal of growing my eyebrows in towards the center about one centimeter each. Throughout my life I'd 'over-plucked' my eyebrows, and this is not on-point with current trends. The beautician recommended certain oils to promote hair growth, and shaped my eyebrows to look nice during my transition phase. My eyebrows are now how I want them to look, and I come here for maintenance when I'm in town. After each visit, the end result is just what I want, and the beauticians are knowledgeable and kind. If you've never tried eyebrow threading before, this is the perfect salon to try it. My mom also comes here for threading, and has her eyebrows color tinted to a darker shade. She loves it, and the results are exactly what she wants.

I went for a full Brazilian appointment and left with 27% of my hair still intact. I've never had that with any other wax session. Mind you, I left my previous waxer due to laziness - although I had been several times before as she had always been great with me, but that's honestly irrelevant to this experience. This statement will make sense once the screenshots are read. The aesthetician, Emily, was sweet but apparently inexperienced. She never mentioned to me my posture, my opinion of the service after it was complete, or if there was any issue with the service. I tipped more than I would normally for her kindness and fully expected to go back. Upon arrival home, I inspected my yoni and about 27% of the hair was still there. It literally looks like I shaved in a hurry with a dull razor. Upset, I reached out to "Skin Stuntz" asking for a partial refund as the service was not provided as requested. She agreed, said it would be Monday before received, and asked for my PayPal or Venmo for payment. Kerri, her boss, messages me saying she can redo the service, but it was against policy to refund me. I question several issues such as why her employee would offer if that's the case and was met with clear hostility. Please help yourself to the screenshots below of the interaction. I feel sorry for the girls working as her employees and the fact that she thinks it's okay to not refund me my money when I told her to keep the cost of the material and labor. The girl was tipped $12 alone, why wouldn't you at least give the tip back? She gives serious mean girl energy and does not give care to customers who don't have an issue speaking up for themself. My sister had developed some brown spots on her back, along with a small skin lesion on the side of her nose and a larger wort type growth on her forearm. She hates going to doctors, especially for every little thing. Our sister who has assisted her with care since she lost her husband 4 yrs ago, said she was concerned about some of the areas and we should really get them looked at soon. Her nurse practitioner recommended she go to a dermatologist because some looked concerning. I tried to get an appointment for her but had very little luck since the few dermatologists in the area were not able to see her for 4-6 months. A relative recommended Rash Decisions and Dr. Marchand. She drives from her Dallas office to her Beaumont office a couple of days a month. Her website gave me a clear list of services up front, including the cost for a full body skin cancer check, which was what she needed. I was lucky enough to get an appointment for her the following weekend, when the Doctor happened to be in town. My sister has a very low tolerance for pain, but Dr. Marchand was very understanding and gentle. I feel like she took her time and was not rushed and fully explained every concern we had. She reassured us that the moles and brown spots were normal part of aging for some people. She removed the two areas her doctor's office was concerned about. They were sent to pathology to be checked further (with her insurance covering that part). My sister said she felt like she was in good hands the whole time and we were glad she didn't have to wait 4 or more months to be seen. We are so happy to have found Rash Decisions and highly recommend Dr. Marchand, especially If you don't want to wait 6 months and are concerned about skin cancer or you need to get in to see a dermatologist quickly, for any dermatology services. Her Beaumont office is next to Phelan Blvd., (away from all the IH-10 and US 69 construction) and is in a safe area, with easy parking. I paid for and received a fully syringe of lip filler and was told/ promised that my lips would seem too large immediately after, but within a few days my lips would eventually look more normal. I was not given instructions or information on what type of filler was used nor how to care for my lips after. Even immediately after, my lips were not gorged nor "too" plump. I had bruising and by the 3rd day whatever plump I had went away. I text the salon and asked to make an appointment for a touch up, which was offered by Lisa the injector. I was told if I wanted a more "plump" look I would have to buy another syringe of lip filler at regular cost, no discount. I sent in pics of before and after and they doubled down and said they couldn't do anything for me until I went in. Several times Natalie the manger told me that they offer the "natural" look and that is what they see in my pictures. Well, I feel like my lips today, which is almost 2 weeks, do not look like I had any filler at all. The salon did not do anything to try to get me to come in so they could rectify the problem. They said to come back and then they would decide what the next step would be ----- I could just hear them tell me one more time "you do have the natural look".
