We booked a group appointment ahead of time and we originally had 5 but had to switch to 4 almost last minute and they were super accommodating! Our appointment was actually during happy hour which they have from Tuesday-Thursday 3p-7p so many of their services were discounted due to that. We did the facial bar with a friend option. The 4 of us (+2 employees) were the only ones in there so it was super peaceful and enjoyable. They explained our options to us and what the purpose of each step she was doing. For my 2 add-ons I choose high frequency and the cooling globes. I liked these a lot but I still want to try the rest of their add on offerings! All of the products felt very luxe and smelled amazing. At the end of the facial, I swear my skin had never felt better and we were all truly glowing. I need to get back here and get another treatment soon!

We booked the experience online and were able to find easy street parking near the downtown market. When we walked in, we were greeted and checked in pretty quickly. We did have to fill out a little bit of paperwork, but nothing too extensive. There is not a waiting space to relax before your service so I would only give yourself a couple minutes before your appointment time to arrive. We went into the facial lounge and each got approximately 30 to 40 minute facial. The space is extremely open and bright due to all of the windows, which was the best vibe for relaxation. It was really fun to actually be able to get a facial with a friend and relax at the same time as being able to do a girls night and chat. I definitely want to do this again with more friends! I think you would be able to do four people in the facial lounge at the same time so you would have to coordinate and book early if this is something that you want to do. I'm glad that I went and am looking forward to my next experience there!

I've had back problems off and on since I was in my late teens after being hit by two different cars within 20 min. Both of the drivers were intoxicated. Anyway my back flared up two days ago and wasn't getting better as fast as usual so I took her up on her offer and tried it out. Fantastic! My pain dropped to about 1/2 and after getting home I rested it and I'm 80% better. I highly recommend this bed for anyone with sore or tense muscles. I'm so glad she got out of that because she has found her calling. I'm not gonna lie I went in today having put off a massage for too long. She had her work cut out for her in the form of multiple hard knots all around my shoulder blades. She worked to try and get these knots to release and they did quite a bit but I knew I would have to make a follow up appointment and so I did. I just wish I made it for tomorrow instead of in a week! Lol. Ann did a fantastic job and I can't wait to return!! I would highly recommend you give her a try but I need her schedule to stay open for me so don't bother! ;P
