He stops what he is doing, tells me I have to wait as she had an appointment, doesn't tell me how long I'll have to wait and begins working on hers. Half hour later I pay and leave without my mani. Bad business. I guarantee her appointment, she was either very late or very early. Either way, he should have finished my nails. He could have also let me know before hand and let me decide. The pedicure water was cold, and it was a hassle to get them to warm it up. One person in our group didn't even have their water started until five minutes after everyone else. During my pedicure, the technician filed the back of my heel so aggressively that it started bleeding. They also didn't have the nail colors we wanted, and the prices were nearly double what I pay back home. To make matters worse, one of my nails broke the very next day--a first for me after wearing nails for over two years without issues. When I called to have it fixed and returned the next day, they made me wait over 30 minutes while continuing to take walk-ins within five minutes of arriving. The staff was unfriendly and clearly talking about my sisters and me. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

Went here last week and the "nail tech" completely butchered my toe nails during my pedicure. My nails are ruined and now I get to face chance of dr office visit removing the nail. Will not ever be going here again. Also, after she used the callous remover which was for sure used before me she just "rinsed them" off with soap?? Water?? Maybe?? Beachside told me they were booked and nobody was in the salon but the owners & staff. That's when i discovered a new place due to their unwillingness to book themselves. I showed my "stylist" Dave, a photo of what I wanted. Not a photo of a celebrity, or someone with a different hair type, no, I showed him a photo of myself exactly where I wanted my hair.
