Call owner tell her she takes Brooke's side says color "I chose " was impossible for my hair! What! Brooke picked it! Then said brooke told me no she did not and I had messages to prove it. So im out 350 no refund have to go to a different salon pay the 300 to fix this because brooke couldn't just be honest or talk to her boss and ask if she was not sure then we could have went with something different im not difficult but I do want that I paid for.
