I have no idea what just happened but I will definitely not be back... I booked an appt for a cut and style. The app said it came with a "relaxing shampoo and conditioner" ... nothing about this was relaxing. When I walked in the woman at the front took me back and then said she would wash my hair... ok fine but It was like speedy Gonzalez was doing it. Then she said she would do my hair cut?? Still tried to be ok with that but I was so confused!! She literally cut my hair horizontally straight across at my shoulders, didn't taper it or anything. Then for the "style" portion she grabbed the blow dryer and used it for about 10 seconds- I am not exaggerating- and said we were so done! I had no idea how my hair even looked because it was like I just got out of the shower! And so I had to go back to work looking like this. It wasn't until I got home and was able to actually style it that I could see what it really looked like... it looks like what it was, a straight cut from shoulder up shoulder so now I have to pay for a second hair cut to fix the first! read more

The worse hair cut place I have ever been to, I thought hairstylist know how to cut hair, I guess not! I am in town for business and decide to come and have my hair trim down, so I asked to have the sides to use No 1 and cut the upper evenly, she end up pushing the No 1 all the way to the top and trimming down the top unevenly, now I have to find a hat to wear for the next few days of my business trip! read more

Filomena is the rudest and most abrasive hair stylist I've ever had in my long life. She only cares about making money and not her clients. She shouldn't even style a pets fur. Raises her voice at customers, which is beyond inappropriate. She should not be in a service type job. Perhaps styling wigs on a foam head would be more conducive to her. read more

My sister popped into this hair cuttery (without reading reviews) last weekend as a quick option to get her 8 inches cut off to donate to locks of love. being a minimalist, she thought "no harm, no foul" in just have a quick easy task from this establishment, knowing she wasn't going to have a high end expensive cut. what she didn't realize is that kimberly was going to turn into a 4 year old with a pair of safety scissors and destroy her head. THANK GOODNESS one of my closest and most trusted friends is a phenomenal stylist in jensen beach, and he was able to squeeze her in this morning to fix the hack job. he told her that what probably happened was the stylist here had no idea how to cut a donation, and once she chopped it off improperly, she didn't know how to fix the mess that was left behind. This review had I written it 2 weeks ago would have been very different. I went to hair Cuttery where I have been going for approximately 18 months to have my haircut. I do not have a complicated style but I do have some cowlicks and some other issues that a stylist needs to take into account. Some of these I pointed out myself. The cut that I received was very uneven it was choppy it was impossible to reproduce at home and I was very very unhappy. I went back to the location made an appointment to see someone the next day after explaining my problem. The person I ended up meeting with the next day was Reva, the new manager. she listened to my concerns and actually validated the issues that I was having and then proceeded to completely fix my hair. I just now was able to reproduce her blowout style in 5 minutes. That's what I wanted originally something low maintenance and now that's what I have and it looks really nice. Understand the new manager was brought in to correct some issues that they were having there and I think she's going to be amazing. Thank you so much Reva, you saved my hair LOL read more

Reva has been doing my hair for years and I was thrilled to learn she would be making Hair Cuttery her new home. She always offers professional service and advice, is current on trends, and honest about what will and what won't work with your hair. Love her! The salon offers very good hours which I appreciate since my schedule varies week to week. I've been to this location three times now to see Reva and I find it to be very lively but not so busy that I feel rushed. I would love to see the space spruced up a bit (an update would earn that 5th star). I've been to other locations that look more modern. Again, see Reva...she's AMAZING! Dee from haircuttery in Palm City not only fixed my destroyed over colored, fried chopped locks but she suggested cuts that fit me that looked better than i could expect, she slowly repaired my hair bringing back all the life it had before it was destroyed- and it didn't break the bank! My daughter actually found her when we walked in on a whim and when we left i already booked an appointment for myself. Her layers are spot on she framed my face perfectly and never cut too much. IF YOU ARE READING THIS POST AND YOU PROCEED TO GO TO THIS HACK OF A HAIRSTYLIST, YOU NEED TO HAVE SOMEBODY KICK YOU IN THE FACE BECAUSE YOU ARE A COMPLETE MORON. I am a person who is very easy to please. I have never posted anything bad about a store or service. That is, not until tonight. My wife, my 6 year old son and I have had questionable hair cuts from Hair Cuttery in Plam City a handful of times. It is not my choice place to go but since they are open late, it is often my only choice if I am desperate. My hair cut is a simple fade that I get trimmed on top. I don't let it get very long before I get a cut so, it should be an easy task. Well, that is what I thought until I went to this establishment this evening. The woman who cut my hair did it in about 5 minutes without even blowing the cut hair from my head afterwards. At the time, I thought that her speed meant that she just knew what she was doing but, on further examination in the light at home, I was shocked to see what had been done. The faded sides of my head have missed spots all over and the top that was cut by hand is so bad it looks like my hair is falling out from radiation. It is so bad I can't even begin to try to fix it myself so, I am going to have use my clippers and shave it down to one length. If you go to this place I hope you have better luck because, the way I look at it, you have 1 in 1000 odds that they won't ruin your hair like they did mine. DON'T BE STUPID read more

While cutting it, she explained that I had a double cow-lick (which one of my former stylists had also explained to me).
