Dr O'Connell came in shortly after I talked with the nurse and was extremely friendly and understanding. Looked at my concerns, talked about what was going to happen made sure I was good with everything that was going to happen, and talked me through the procedure as she was doing it. Everything was quick, efficient, and easy. I absolutely loved my experience at Pinnacle Dermatology felt heard and the appointment was quick and efficient. I waited two months for an appointment (I know, with dermatologists this is pretty much SOP) but when I got it, I still did not get what I needed. One of the two issues I came in for was to see about removing a blood blister from my lip. Brandon McNichol, the PA I saw, was very nice and personable, but he could not tell me whether this was something they could accomplish in that office. He promised he would find out (he said he had to ask someone else, it was a case of did they have the right equipment) before I left, but that didn't happen, nor was there any phone call. I called back repeatedly over the course of two months. This visit was on January 8, and I still have not had anyone return my calls and messages, even though in all cases, I left both my cell number and my work number. I've left voice messages, I called repeatedly and pressed numbers in the auto system until I could reach a live person and left messages with them, but still... no return call. I was scheduled for a followup on March 8, but I've just cancelled it. I don't need to waste my time or money with an office that is either hugely disorganzied or doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I wasn't asking for anything big -- just an answer. Could they do what I needed done, or should I seek another dermatologist? I have an appointment now with another Dermatologist, and believe me, if I get even half way decent service from them, I will be singing their praises in all the same places I am now warning people to avoid Loven/Pinnacle.

Couple that with the fact they are selling weight loss drugs (and the supervising physician is about 100 pounds overweight,) their lab is dirty, a big (but sweet) dog has the run of the place and the whole atmosphere is disorganized at best. Way too many irons in the fire here....they are doing family practice, hormones, weight loss, facials...something about "liver" health. I gave them a fair chance but the nurse supervising the hormone therapy is Nurse Ratchet on steroids as far as bedside manner. Plenty of other clean, professional, PLEASANT providers for these services. Just "ick."

This place was the closest to have that laser and Dr. Linn does the laser removal herself. Not a technician. This made me way more Comfortable. So I went to my first appointment. Their office is beautiful. Dr. Linn was so nice, answered all my questions and made me feel Comfortable. So I scheduled my next appointment for 10 weeks and I hope we can get rid of these brows without hypopigmentation. They also offer military discount, which was awesome.
