They all three came back to me stating an employee had asked them not to touch anything. She told them "girls you don't need to look at those things, that for older girls, leave it alone." Valid- they're young, but it could have been delivered in a kinder way. I decided to go with them so they could look at the brand they wanted to check out without any issues. My 17 year old was looking at the same brand as we approached. The employees who had previously addressed my younger girls immediately approached me and rudely stated "this line is for mature skin, these girls don't need to be looking at it. It's ticktock famous but they don't need to be looking at it." I was shocked. My 17 year old then told me the same employee had told her to also leave the products alone. First off, I would never bug a 10 year old $70 face lotion. Second, nor would I buy young girls a line of products made for mature skin. But, they can look. And I would have purchased some of the items for my 17 year old. After that, we got what we absolutely needed and left. Bottom line- I understand people steal and young kids make messes, but all information can be delivered professionally and, most importantly, in a kind way. Not a great way to get customers to spend money. In less than 5 minutes that employee had told 5 customers NOT to make a purchase and was incredibly rude. She promised it was toner and not hair dye. I even asked why does it say permanent and she replied it's toner. I do not permanently dye my hair at all. Now I have a huge problem because they had an uneducated staff member saying untrue things. I went in to ask for a refund as this HUGE error will cost me a lot of money and that's the least they could do. The employee at the register told me they can't refund it because it's my fault I didn't do a test strand and I didn't have 80% of the product left. I told her I did in fact do a test strand, but I was lied to and told this was TONER. This is completely on them and they won't fix it.

STOP SENDING BILLS]   My dealings with this "Truck Stop Derm" has been a complete nightmare. I specifically requested an appointment with a dermatologist, but no one corrected me--I was seen by an NP for less than 5 minutes with no disclosure of any supervising physician, despite Indiana law requiring collaborative agreements and transparency.    I was cash-pay and asked for an estimate upfront--denied. The bizarre "insurance fee + treatment cost" model was never explained, leading to gross overcharging: $207.34 for an ineffective intralesional steroid injection that did NOTHING.   Most alarmingly, after the NP's brief exam, she left, and an unnamed person that was in street clothes performed the entire injection alone--no supervision, no introduction, no consent. Apparently this was a medical assistant? They have people treating patients alone that have only obtained a certificate. This violates Indiana scope-of-practice and informed-consent rules for invasive procedures. I'm not surprised the treatment failed completely.   Compare this to a board-certified NYC dermatologist charging $150 for the same shot done personally, this NP-led clinic in Vincennes is outrageously priced, unprofessional, and unethical. Zero accountability.     I emailed and sent a certified detailed complaint--NO RESPONSE. Yet they keep sending bills, doubling with interest! Avoid this place--save your time, money, and dignity.
