I was asked after the treatment to pay $2,800 upfront. I questioned them and said I thought i could pay $1,500. They said no. I wrote the check and canceled the rest of my appts. I called Debbie the office manager today & staff had already given her their version of events. She said, "I feel we did a good job explaining your options to you. I will support my staff." What if I hadn't had $2,800 in my checking account?? They should ask for payment before performing the procedure. It's sad that they are a new business and not open to feedback.
