I was never explained what was happening so I didn't know what to do. I was very confused throughout the whole process up until it was time to pick out what colors I wanted for my acrylics (which he cut extremely short by the way) I had what color(s) I wanted and he told me he couldn't do them, so I picked out something else and he said he also couldn't do them then proceded to recommend me an apple green and hot pink ombre ( my choices in colors had to match my dress because I am in the wedding) and I explained to him why I couldn't. Then he preceded to take in another customer making me wait 20 min so I could get my nails finished. I tried to ask him if the color I picked out was navy blue ( I couldn't see it very well because it was in a bottle with a very small label on what the color was but under like a shade name) he told me yes so we continued. turns out the color was purple and I'm about to be walking down the aisle with a navy dress and purple nails.
