But Shannon took her time to really listen to what I was looking for, offering thoughtful suggestions without ever making me feel rushed, even with me not knowing the store was closing soon. Shannon's product knowledge was very impressive, but what really touched me was her patience and the way she seemed to truly care about helping me find exactly what I needed, while seeking only clean vegan brands to purchase. She walked me through each product, explaining how it would work for my skin tone/type and why she thought it was the right fit for me and even went as far as recommended additional alternatives.
