To name some specifics on what went wrong: -damaged my table and took over 4 weeks to repair -big delay on the project (3-4 weeks late on a 5 week project) -Sean said he'd be at my place to accept a delivery and did not show up, so I had to rush there during the work day -Left my sofa outside which partially got wet from the rain -Blamed me for the kitchen not fitting the microwave and refrigerator correctly even though the links I sent him for the appliances described the depth needed for the appliances. Microwave and fridge still do not look great -took months to get a receipt -Poor communication (Had to communicate with a few different people rather than just Sean and it was oftentimes a delayed response) The project was completed and within budget, but cannot give higher than a 2 star review for the reasons above. When the lamps arrived at our new home, the lamps were no longer wobbly. I asked our mover, Shane, about it and he said they noticed the lamps needed a quick fix so they tightened some screws for us. They did that without being asked. I know that seems so small, but we've never had a moving company go above and beyond like that. No damage, no scratches on walls, and they finished in less time than I was quoted. We hate moving, but these guys really made this day feel easy and smooth. Like who cares what ya have if ya can't provide what I desire. Now one amazing summer day I saw the $6400 41mm Celebration dial by Rolex in the case. My excitement level increased and I ask if it's for sale? The mantra is now uttered "NO NO NO" ! However something new that day happened and was shared by sales representative, I was actually told if you spend a $1,000,000 in jewelry it should be no issue to get that watch..... Now I was stunned by this statement so much I said are you serious and the person said YES! Well, that seems excessive and ridiculous and no I didn't drop a million to acquire the timepiece. And on January 1st 2025 the BIG HAND OF THE CROWN aka ROLEX laid the smack down on ALVIN GOLDFARB & pulled authorized dealership away from store. No longer can they sell ROLEX.... KARMA saw the bad business practices by using Rolex watches to lure you into buying unwanted jewelry or non Rolex branded watches you don't want in order to maybe purchase a Rolex.
