This is definitely an office experience problem. I have had one issue after another from day one. I…read morehave always told them that I can only have appointments on Wednesdays because this is my husband's only day off and we share a car yet, every time they try to make me an appointment I am never asked. They they just schedule it and say here's your appointment day. Only it's never on a Wednesday. Every time I remind them that it must be Wednesday and they have to change it. The last time I had an appointment, they walked in and handed me my next appointment date. Tuesday February 4th, so again I told them that I must have a Wednesday appointment. So she walked out there and changed it making it for February 5 which is a Wednesday. I then submitted the day to my job so I could be off and go to the appointment. I then had to make another appointment for a different Doctor and I made it on the same day so I wouldn't have to miss any more work. Now I have received a text message telling me that it is a reminder of my appointment Thursday, February 6. I have now attached a picture of the paper showing that they changed it from February 4 to February 5. So I pick up the phone and I call the Office . I explained to her the problem, as well as the fact that this is nothing new. And she responds to me "I don't know why you might've got bumped " then I tell her this does not work. I don't have Thursday the sixth off. I have Wednesday the fifth off And that is when I need to come in. She then says "and I am telling you we don't have any room for you on Wednesday" I had an appointment, but they decided to change it and not contact me. I then express how irritated I am that I am having this problem with them repetitively. I never once was told that they're sorry that this is happening or that she can understand my frustration. Instead, I am hung up on. When I tried to call back, the voicemail picked up and then it was hung up on. I tried again and I left somewhat of an ugly message because I was livid. I then called back and left another message telling them to have my records ready for me to pick up because I have no intentions of returning back to this Doctor. The lack of customer service and the lack of human compassion seems to not exist anymore, and that is very sad. I just hope that this message can improve somebody's experience in the future.

Easily the BEST doctor I've had in my adult years. Dr. Warmoth is one of the kindest, most genuine,…read moreand most endearing people you'll ever get to meet. He explains things to you in such a way that you're not only captivated, but that you understand and want to continue to research more to learn about your body. He visits patients in the hospital even when he's not scheduled to be at the hospital, he answers pages when he's on vacation, and he's got a positive outlook on life even when things look a little shaky. His staff in general is all around amazing. There isn't a more perfect team of ladies. They keep up with patients and know you by name. They're great about answering calls as quickly as possible and getting things done as quickly as they possibly can. Dr. Warmoth's office is all around a dependable nephrology office that you can count on-I almost don't want to publish this review so I can keep him as a hidden gem for myself!

She was awesome and was apologetic that I was sick. She did an extensive diagnosis and explained our plan of action. She expedited tests, got my results and sent in prescriptions. I appreciate all Micah did and want to say the entire office team is always friendly and helpful and I recommend them for anyone needing a doctor.

At this point, I would advise people to go elsewhere. I've…read morebeen a patient with them, and up until this point, I've been generally satisfied with their service. However, I ran into a major issue recently that left me feeling extremely disappointed and unheard. I was told that I could not receive even a single additional month of medication unless I physically came in for another appointment, despite informing them that I'm in the process of establishing a new PCP. It seems completely unreasonable that, after explaining this, they would refuse to offer any flexibility or assist in a timely manner. What really upset me was the lack of empathy or understanding. It felt like the company's policy mattered more than the actual well-being of their patients. I've been a loyal customer for a while, and a little flexibility in this situation would have gone a long way in maintaining my trust and continued business. In an age where patient care should be the priority, this experience was both frustrating and disappointing. I understand the importance of following procedures, but when it comes to patient health, especially in transitionary periods like this, a bit of compassion and common sense should be part of the equation. I really hope they rethink this policy moving forward, because their current approach certainly leaves much to be desired.
