The employee claimed he 'needed' a TON of information (so totally not true, most salons ask for a form of payment and *maybe* an ID). Like....what more did he need to know? The license plate numbers on my car? Finally, he said that unless I gave him all the information he wanted, I could not get a tan. So, I left. It is also important and necessary for salon employees to go over the agreement form which a new customer must carefully read and sign, as it has important details about tanning and spray tanning, like the ingredients in the actual spray which people can be allergic to, and how to "take care" of your spray tan so that it does not get messed up.
