WARNING!! UNCERTIFIED SCAM SPA Serious safety concerns, unqualified staffing and negligent management. I purchased approximately $1,000 in treatment and experienced physical injury and distress due to improper handling and unsafe practices. A temporary or "fill-in" registered nurse attempted to do treatment when they are not a certified aesthetician. This is illegal and unethical. At no point was I evaluated or consulted by a certified aesthetician prior to or during treatment. Services were performed without adequate assessment, informed consent, or patient input. The $300 facial was rushed and incomplete. IV therapy involved multiple failed venipuncture attempts, causing unnecessary pain and distress. The clinical environment felt disorganized and high-stress. Although the nurse was professional and polite, she appeared overextended and unsupported, which compromised patient safety and the standard of care. Overall, this facility demonstrated: Unsafe and improperly supervised procedures Use of personnel lacking appropriate certification for aesthetic services Failure to meet reasonable standards of care Excessive pricing inconsistent with the level of service provided Lack of empathy or accountability from ownership following injury I am left with lasting physical injury and emotional distress.
