We absolutely love them and trust them completely for our annual skin checks. The medical care itself has always been top-notch. That said, the front office and overall customer service are a completely different story--and it's becoming a serious problem. Trying to get someone on the phone is beyond frustrating. Calls go unanswered, messages don't get returned in a timely manner (if at all), and billing questions are incredibly difficult to resolve. The lack of communication and responsiveness is honestly shocking for an otherwise reputable practice. It's disappointing because the quality of the doctors deserves better support. But at some point, great medical care alone isn't enough when the administrative side is this difficult to deal with. If this doesn't get addressed, I can see patients--including us--starting to look elsewhere. We want to stay, but the experience outside the exam room needs major improvement. Fix the phones. Fix the customer service. Your patients deserve that

The APRN came and examined me, did some freezes and took one biopsy. They are very timely in their patient care. I had taken 101 year old to his heart doctor this week and we had to wait 2 hours. We started with her shortly after she set up this practice. Two of our very close friends who have significant dermatological issues also rely on her, and praise her to the hilt. I have a problem with internet reviews, because you can't question the reviewer and get details, but I just couldn't leave this website without countering the "one star" rating and extremely negative commentary.
