We later found out being first time camper owners that the canopy was shot and needed way more parts, therefore not worth fixing. Jayco refused to let us return the parts. I will never own another Jayco camper. Harper Camperland land however reached out and Chad and the manager tried to make it right by giving us 1/2 our money back.
