Cannot recommend this place enough. I'm not sure who the name is of the gentleman who helped us but he was awesome. He was nice, and helped us in a situation. We were on our way back from Denver to Oklahoma. We stopped at the 24/7 Travel Stop for gas and I looked at our tire and it was completely flat. I tried to change it myself but the Subaru jack is horrible and bent as we were trying to change it. Nobody would help us. I asked multiple people. The people at the station pointed me to this business and like I said, incredibly helpful and they did something so sweet that it truly made us feel blessed. Allen and John were fantastic in taking care of us. We had a transmission line break on I-70 just outside of Russell, KS and called A&D Towing and Repair. It was after hours, but Allen was there within minutes. We were traveling with our dog, but that wasn't a problem. He took us to a nearby hotel that was pet friendly, and helped us unload all our luggage. It took a couple of days to get the parts needed, and then John went above and beyond, driving on a non-work Saturday to pick them up a couple of towns over. They worked on Saturday while the repair shop was closed to help get stranded travellers back on the road as quickly as possible. All in all, one of the nicest emergency repair experiences we've ever had. read more

These guys saved us! We broke down on I70, in the middle of nowhere. They just happen to be at the Travel Shoppe getting a soda, and after joking with us, came to the rescue!!! It was after business hours on a Friday night, and not only did they take hours out of their night to tow us, they helped us get a U- Haul at 9:00 PM, loaded our broken down car and got us back on the road with a wave and a hug. They helped get my daughter who was stranded near Russell back on the road to the tune of $2000+ only to learn the mechanics hadn't put the bolts in the fan. Now the insurance is getting hit again and she goes without a car again. This place will milk it for all they can. They are friendly but they know they have you over a barrel. read more

This company is awesome! After two or three tries on a Sunday, with a Good Sam Membership, they finally called the right company! I wish I could have called him directly and skipped Good Sam. He had the flat off our fifth wheel and the spare on in under ten minutes! Next time in Kansas, I won't even bother with Good Sam, just call him direct. read more

Awful company, would have given a 0 if possible. Wouldn't release car to towing company until we paid over $600 for a totaled car, though we were never notified about a $25 a day storage fee. Threatening and very unprofessional. Will go anywhere other than here if we have any other issue. read more
