Unfortunatly, I recently requested a replacement for a CLEARLY DEAD tree; a tree that was pointed out to them 6 months ago and was told to "watch it and see if it comes back". When shown the tree recently, I was asked to "PROVIDE THE PURCHASE RECEIPT" which I no longer have!!!!!!! I hope this was just the action of one "wrong-headed" employee and not a reflection of Pine Ridge! As mentioned earlier, the Company is, otherwise, ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC!!!
