A few steps more and up, you see a beautiful bar with pub tables on each side. The entire place felt like the rock was spooned out forming a cozy cave. We happened upon the bars opening time and were greeted by a gentleman bartender. He was warm, friendly and willing to please. The drink menu was abundant with classics and house specials. We enjoyed conversation, belly warming libations and then headed back out to the cold air. Enjoy!

The wienerschnitzel was very dark, a minute more and it would have been burnt. The venison ragout was so dry. And the goulash had hardly any tomato or paprika flavor. We sat outside and were swarmed by bees. Overall, one of our worst meals in lower Austria.
