Super service: As my Espar unit was so old, replacement parts were going to be a problem ... Jake had the answer here as well: PYS stocks old inventory/used (from another job). Best of all, as there was no warranty and I was able to pick-up the 'used' thermostat at PYS, they supplied the part for free. Now that is old-school customer service. Very much appreciated; I can recommend PYS (and Jake) extremely highly.

They had 2 sailmakers working on our main and jib to get us back in shape! They were able to order the exact Sunbrella we wanted and had it in 2 days. They did excellent work, had a quick turn around and were super helpful in getting us back sailing!
