Her energy & exchange upon greeting me was unwelcoming -mechanical- unfriendly- no smile, did not engage a single question with me, she was quite rigid, and had a tone to her that I wanted to leave instantly. I was very much looking forward to a kind service experience, as I have been growing my hair out after a short cut last year, a hair cut service was special and a highlight. after a 2 min cut- $90 and as she started to dry my hair- I needed to let her know I wanted to dry my hair at home. I did not want to be in her company. I was surprised at her service delivery, lack of compassion, friendliness, warmth, tone, and communication.
