I asked the intakes what was wrong with my potential case after I explained to her the gap in my service connected injuries that incurred further damage, she simply expressed that I fill out an intake sheet. what's the point of her calling if she couldn't tell me what my case lacked and I most definitely wasn't about to do that dead end intake sheet. Trash UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNERS: I never became a client because the staff member who reached out to me to take my intake over the phone AFTER I filled out the sheet initially told me that my case was not the right fit for your office. She was rude and cold as well, even if your office choose not to take me, does not allow for your staff to be disrespectfully dismissive...especially when you choose to barter to Veterans. This law firm is the perfect example of why you should opt to be represented by veteran owned firms ONLY. You didn't care then and by this crap review you definitely don't care now. You could have take this as an opportunity to offer help, but instead you and your staff chooose to berate the very Vets you are begging to represent, but I guess there no incentive for you guys if you can collect the dollar amount that you desire.
