Took my bike to Frankie's for repair the next day. What a great bike shop! They sell and rent bikes and also do repairs. We were told that our brakes were covered under warranty which was great to hear. Frankie's replaced the brakes and took care of the warranty. We were thrilled! They sell all the bike necessities in this shop. Hubby and I splurged and got bells for our bikes. lol. Hubby also bought a cool ball cap. I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again. Great service!

Well 34 days later after purchase I still didn't have a bike. There was some issues with communication with the shop over the fact that they could never give me a status on my order and they would never return phone calls, I was fed up!!! Finally had the time to go in person and confront them. Went in and said "refund my money or give me a bike that is the same genre and size comparable or better" to see if they would bite. They did! They upgraded me to a bike they had on the shelf that was a better bike and was more expensive. So in my opinion they saved my business experience with them. I will do business with them again but I'm not positive I can recommend them if there is delivery time frames involved. Prices are fair. Jon is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to buy local and have some patience, then give it a shot.

This place is down the street from Conservation Park which has great trails. He has an office in the front then his bikes are in the back in a storage unit. He set us up, made sure we were comfortable and off we went. The self guided tour was easy to follow along with. You just download an app (Ryan explains everything ahead of time) and it guides you via voice directions. Along the tour you can stop at key points and watch videos to learn about the stops. We packed a lunch and watched a few of the videos inside the public park. 5/5 stars for this fun activity in PCB. PS - Snag a T-shirt after your tour! Bikes, Scooters, Golf Carts, Watercraft Rentals, and More!…read more Staff greeted us and explained pricing, took copies of our driver's license, and asked us to read and sign/initial the Scooters Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and Release of Liability. My husband and I rented two scooters for 2 hours for $285.00. There is a $200 deposit that was refunded the next day. Helmets under Florida law, riders over the age of 21 who carry at least $10,000 in medical insurance coverage are not required to wear a helmet. You are required to wear a helmet when you take possession of the scooter but can remove it when you are off of their property. Eyewear is required, so bring your sunglasses. Trust me you will need it. Staff offered a brief instructional on how to operate the scooter and observed a test drive in the front parking lot. After two circles we were off! It is against the law to drive scooters on the interstate or main highways. You can ride on the side streets and six mile beach strip. It was the perfect Florida afternoon to ride the beach strip and enjoy the sun, especially when the beach is crowded. Make sure you return the scooter with a full tank otherwise you will be charged $10.00. There is a Shell gas station on the strip and was less than $2.00 to top off two scooters. We had a blast and happy to Support this Local family Owned Bussiness. Supreme customer service. Highly recommend.
