Why You Shouldn't Live Here 1. GATE: Buzz in is ridiculous, digit codes don't work, your number gets called to let people in person has to scroll a long list to find your name. Sometimes gate doesn't even open. 2. LAUNDRY CARD: To charge laundry card you must use a $5 bill ONLY, if not, your debit card(& you can't charge online I've tried) 3. "WIFI CAFE": Closes at 10pm, so good luck charging your laundry card in that room to do late night laundry, or getting vending machine snacks. It's also EXTREMELY hot in there with no air conditioning. 4. "FITNESS CENTER": Is just 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 stair thingys & weights. (Also stupidly closes at 10pm, so no late night workouts unfortunately) 5. ELEVATORS: Are always breaking in BOTH buildings. If you're on a high floor, goodluck. 6. LAUNDRY ROOM: Has ONLY TWO washer and dryers on each floor. People will leave their clothes in both machines for hours so you will have to use another floor's laundry room as I have. (or remove someone's clothes and risk a beat down) 7. FIRE ALARM: When 1 person's goes off, the entire floor has to hear the awful ear-piercing noise. It has to be harmful for pet's ears. You could be woken up at 3am simply because someone burned food and you just have to sit and wait for them to turn it off. 8. MAIL ROOM: NO cameras + TINY Mailboxes = LOTS OF THEFT, if FedEx, Amazon, UPS leaves your package in that room it will be torn open. USPS has put this building on a no-delivery order if your package wont fit in the mailbox due to the amount of theft that occurs. Prepare for many trips to the post office. 9. LOCKOUTS: If you lose your key, office manager will shrug at you and say verbatim "we don't do lock outs, you'll have to get a lock smith or pay $100 for a new setup" (mind you, the maintenance man has a key to every apartment and could easily let you in after verifying you live there) They don't care. 10. POOL: CLOSED AT 5PM! According to tenants (and reviewers) it had been completely closed for the pandemic, 2022 they finally opened it up just to close it at 5pm. The pool opens at 10am, If you're at work 10am - 5pm I'm sorry for you. They claim the city wont let them open it past 5pm. Yeah right. 11. WATER ISSUES: There will either be no hot water, or no water at all. That has been problem since I moved here in 2020. They collect thousands in rent from us monthly and we can't even have hot water? As I write this, the water is cold and this is the 5th time the water system has failed. (they installed a brand new system on the 4th time and it still failed, I'll attach proof its pathetic.) 12. RENT INCREASES: Despite every problem I listed, your rent goes up each year. They make more money and the building gets worse. No remodeling, no upgrade "gym", pool closed at 5pm, same damaged hallways, with smelly old carpet and busted walls. Unfair, sick,cruel joke. Stacy and the staff are one in a million. Stacy picked out my apartment for me and I absolutely love it It is clean, quiet, and the staff is on top of EVERYTHING. Even before I moved in, everyone made me feel comfortable, like I belong here and part of a family. Aaron, one of the maintenance staff, is so friendly and is quick to repair just some simple items. Called about this 3days ago still out here for our pets to get sick. Looks as if someone split it in half now with a rock sickos! This is not a mouse its a mole but for the amount i pay for 1bed compared to other people (like 60$ more) I actually wanna throw up. Lets talk about how i was out of power for a week because they wouldn't show up. Shall i upload the video of my apartment when i moved in? Like MOVE IN DAY MY APARTMENT LOOKED TERRIBLE!!! Knobs off, chipping cabinets and closets. My tub is still chipping and the guy who came to "fix it" not only tried to blame the person who had only moved in 2 days ago but he didnt ever come back to reglaze my tub. Did i say ever? I signed the appointment for him to come back and everything. Dont be fooled by this disaster of an apartment its bad. You walk into what u think looks pretty look closer its not cute. Those pretty chandeliers are missing 7 bulbs! And the only pretty color paint is on the 1st and 2nd floor even though they told me they were doing the other floors when i moved in. Its a joke here! Got groceries? Hope you packed the budgie too! This isnt really their fault tho. And lastly the part that pissed me off beyond measure! THAT FITNESS ROOM MAY AS WELL BE A FUCKING KIDS CENTER! Every piece of equipment is broken. The treadmills magnets are all cut clean off. The bicycles seat wires cut. The pully thing lol broke! I was so mad cause they actually fixed them and less than a week later all vandalized! So i see where the problems are. But i also know this place is just gonna continue on a downward spiral! I will not renew my lease i dont think they really care. But they will if i post things all over the lease office floor. They wont pick it up for a week or so anyway. Well I've lived here a few months and I can tell you it's not worth it. Elevator never works properly, random fire alarms that go on for 40+ minutes, and the bees, can't forget the bees! I've stung by bees in my apartment several times and every time I ask something he done to fix the 90 year old windows, they just glue on cracks and foam to fill in gaps between the warped glass pain and the steel frame. It's one thing to have issues because of an old building. But the people in the office that JUST took over don't seem to care about customer service...or allergic reactions to bees. read more

I'm really upset I moved here. This place is dirty to start off, every morning I leave I see the cleaning guy with his cleaning cart, but come back home to the same mess, the most he does is vacuum the rugs at the door, the elevators are just nasty, residents allow their animals to pee in them, I have complained and nothing has been done, building one side hallway smells like straight dog poop and I have complained about that as well but since the smell is comedy from the building mangers apartment nothing is done. I try not to touch any surfaces outside of my apartment, because it's nasty. There is no safety... The parking lot is poorly lit. Don't bother coming home late there is no parking to the working doors. The back and side doors are usually propped open with something which is not safe, but if there were locks on them people would be able to use their key to get in their home and not use things to keep the doors open for anyone and anything to get in. The staff is no any better, as I said before the manager apartment makes the whole building smell horrible. They all have attitudes, you ask a question it's like you ruined their day. I'm going to say the owners are just as bad for hiring these jokes to work in the office. Maintenance are dirty looking guys that you really don't want to allow in your apartment. The way this place is ran is horrible, I think everyone should be fired and they start all over, and make sure their staff come to work in a professional manner. And just evict the manager her appartment makes me want to throw up when I walk pass. read more

If there could be a negative I would put that. By fiance and I lived here for a year. Long story short it was the worst year if our lives. We had police knocking down doors in the building to arrest people. The office was impossible to get a hold if unless you went into the office. We had multiple office staff lie to us about things. Forget getting repairs done in the apartment. That took three months to replace a cracked window with multiple phone calls and emails. After that I gave up and called the corporate office. Elevators are a joke after I got stuck in them THREE times after about 4 months if living there I started taking EIGHT flights of stairs for the duration of mythology lease. One of the times the elevator had opened to a brick wall on floor 3 and then dropped a foot below floor 1. The 2nd time it opened to a brick wall and then would not stop at by floor I finally was let off this terror ride on floor 5 and walked to floor 8. The 3rd time the power went out and I was stuck for 30 mins when I finally got out (which I did press the emergency button) they told me that the button calls the office phone which was down due to the power outage. I was mind blown when I was told that. It was just awful I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. I'm extremely happy mythology lease ended and I lived to get out of there. read more

We have been without hot water for over 2 weeks, was told on 12/23 that they were replacing the boiler THAT day... It's now Christmas and still no hot water. The hallway carpets are dirty and stained, they need to be cleaned/replaced. 98% of indoor doors have no handles/knobs. The windows are original to the building, old single pane, aluminum frames that are so drafty that the curtains/blinds move when the wind is blowing. They got rid of all the good office staff when the new management took over... only "upgrades" since then is they sprayed the parking lot with sealant, and installed a fence and gate... read more

Stacey and Misty obvisiouly keep writing reviews to try to up the rating on this place...Ive been here for a couple years so i've seen just about seen everything....between Stacey and Misty this may be the worse Property manager/Leasing agent duo I've seen since i've been here (because they change often)....Stacey is available when she feels like it and really cant run this place....its to much for her...Misty has the worst attitude period...if you looked up attitude on google she would be the results ALL OF THEM......this place is really messed up....living here you cant tell the difference between living on Greenfield and Puritan in Detroit.....The hot water is constantly going out all the time...hallways and stairwells aren't cleaned period...entrances are disgusting and smell like dog urine and feces all day everyday...there is no upkeep at all here.....maintenance issues take a while to get fixed....i can say that this place has gotten worse from what it was.....Don't believe the Misty and Stacey hype....these apartments are a shack town high rise with a high price read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Building 6515 is terrible. They are fixing up the hallways on the first and second floor on. Walking threw the hallways your gonna get into a serious fight with all the smells it smells terrible. The place is always crawling with police everyday someone goes to jail. They have little black bugs that get into the apartment I don't know how. The management is this little white lady who probably hasn't had sex in all her life. She constantly be in everyone's business and she loves to work with police. I pay 1000 dollars a month just to live next door and across the hall from 15 people it's at least 5 people in each apartment. The exercise equipment hasn't worked since I moved in that was 9 months ago. The elevators are small if you have large furniture it's nothing you can do. This place is the closet thing to the projects that you will get. The inside of the apartment the doors are very cheaply put together. If you think you gonna get your deposit back think again. If you open your door 10 times the door knob is going to fall off the closet doors are off track. This place is a mess. Also consider the have ac units in the front of the house that sticks out you wall and looks like a ghetto mess that doesn't even cool the whole house. In the summer time we have to sleep on the couch under the ac because the bedroom is extremely hot. They should charge 600 a month maximum for this pos. And somebody needs to give the management lady some ........ immediately. Oh yeah if you think your about to get home late and park think again the apartment never has available parkin at night. What a waste of my time! Thank god i didnt end up signing a lease and getting stuck here for a year! Where do i start.....first off i came into the office there were a lot of people who seemed to have complaints that were not being taken care of. I paid $80 for two application fees for my boyfriend and I and put down a $75 holding deposit and was told my apartment would be ready the 7th. I return the 7th bring all paperwork and ask to see the apartment. A woman takes me to an apartment not listed on the form that was given to me when i paid the deposit. Get to the elevator and the lights are all out its pitch black and the woman from the office is scared till we get out. The maintenance man says were going to the wrong apartment not the one i requested. We head back downstairs and the other woman in the office tells me my apartment will not be ready till friday which i was actually ok with because i didnt actually have paid movers till saturday. Friday go to the office and my boyfriend's personal check could not be accepted and since it was veterans day the bank was closed. I ask to look at the apartment go upstairs the hallway reaks like weed the apartment smelled terrible and there were scratches all over the cupboards. Melissa said she would meet me at noon tomorrow since the bank was closed. Show up to sign my lease have my stuff and movers ready to go...paid movers!! She didnt show up! These ladies in the office are very unprofessional! They will not give my deposit back even though my needs were not met. They dony care about the residence at all! This is THE MOSTY NASTY RUN DOWN APARTMENTS IVE EVER LIVED IN. For example my shower bar broke off my first day here. Asked them to fix it and here it is 10 months later and it's still broke. Went to go wash laundry and welp one of the washers was broken and my clothes were soaked so yet I had to waste money to re wash them. I went to go down the elevator and it was jammed and wouldn't open. I had to walk down 6 flights of stairs. They don't have central air so it's about 100 in the halls. This place is worth more burnt down then standing. I don't recommend these at all what so ever. I pay almost 800 a month for a one bedroom. The air unit in my wall doesn't even reach the bedroom so I can't even sleep in my room because the air doesn't even touch the hall way. It's just sad I pay over 209$ a month for electricity when I can't even be comfortable in my own apartment because it's so dam hot read more
