Sky High is an outstanding studio, with a variety of aerial offerings. The studio has a strong commitment to excellence and safety, which is essential! The instructors are well-trained, and come to class well-prepared. There's something for everyone at Sky, and you're sure to find something new that you never dreamed of doing before. And so much to choose from! I'd be taking 4 classes a day if I could, but limit myself to just 2-3, 4-5 times per week. I heard about sky high from a co-worker who absolutely raved about this place. I asked her if there were any promotions going on and She sent me an email with a promotion that they were having for the end of the year. I was never really much into fitness classes and I was definitely nervous because i'm shy but i decided maybe this would be something new and fun! After the first class i was hooked, sore but definitely addicted! Everyone there is so nice! The community and support you get is fantastic. It's a great workout and you have a blast doing it! Absolutely amazing place. The instructors are all extremely helpful and are truly there to help you succeed. And while it may feel like you got hit by a train the next morning (sometimes) it's 100% worth it. I'm planning on having my birthday party there and would definitely recommend. Pity I can only give it 5 stars and not more. So not only is it a fantastic place to go, but it's extremely convenient, literally just two mins off of 495. I stumbled upon Sky high when looking for somewhere to take aerial hoop classes to add the other apparatuses that I was familiar with, and love the place! Looking for other outlets to become more fit, I saw Sky High at a festival a couple years ago and decided to give it a try. Just finished my first class the other day. Sky High is an amazing place! The instructors are really great and although they're consistent overall with the curriculum they each have their own teaching style and strengths.
