Jared's approach to my visit and treatment was the best thing since I've had the issues that led me here. He was so kind, respectful, reassuring, and definitely very knowledgeable in his field! My condition has left me with a lot of uncertainties and hardships; and I left my visit with a new found hope and outlook for the future. As well as all the information I've been searching for to resume my life and work towards recovery. I have never had a filling and intuitively felt off when Dr Hill who is personable and has a beautiful office, great staff etc recommended a filling saying "he could not see the tooth well enough in the X-ray to be certain" but would make me an appointment for the filling. With further research I now know that it would have damaged my perfect wisdom tooth to drill and fill a tooth without decay! So sadly I have to say Dr Hill will not see me in his office again and please get a second opinion if you have a doubt about what is recommended.

He's seen members of my family, extended family and friends for years. He is compassionate, a true medical professional and takes your eye health very serious - and he has quite the sense of humor! After a relatively lengthy period on the phone with their new AI system, I made an appointment for a flu shot, which was confirmed by the computer. At one point, I told the computer, "f--k you" as a test and to take a stand for human dignity with no response other than possibly a longer pause than the other long pauses. When I got to the appointment, I was told by a human that Valley Immediate Care does not offer flu shots. Now, I'm wondering if the long pause was the computer deciding the best way to get back at me.

I'm so grateful to have had Jackie as my midwife for my first pregnancy. I delivered almost a month…read moreearly and she was right there with me super available at 2 AM when my water broke, helping me make the best informed decisions but her amazing care definitely didn't start there. It started months and months earlier during my prenatal visits. Jackie is kind. She's very smart. She supports and advocates for natural birth, but she also doesn't push limits into realms that are risky when there are complications. She doesn't mess around trying to do things naturally, when time is of the essence in more emergent situations for example. My birth was very much like that I wanted to have a natural birth at home, but my water broke early, and I was not going into labor. We worked with the doctors at rogue regional to create a plan, so that I could try and get onto labor, naturally but that didn't happen and I was able to partner with her on the best plan of action for getting induced. I'm so incredibly grateful to have worked with her because I didn't get to have the natural birth that I wanted due to the circumstances of my water breaking early but I did have an amazing hospital birth and she was right there at my side along side with my Doula Maddie and a great team at rogue regional. And Jacqie has been beyond phenomenal ever since the birth as well, coming to my home, a few times after the birth to do my check ups. She's been so amazing with my infant son. She's been super available to support me with all the wacky things that come up with a newborn. She has tons of information and she's helped me a lot with breast-feeding and the challenges around it. I cannot recommend Jackie enough. She is an angel.
