Wow...if you are thinking of having a party at this place DON'T....THEY WERE VERY RUDE...they don't even have food there we had to wait an hour after our party started for pizza..they charge you for everything yet we had no ice for our drinks and no trash can ...oh my bad ! They came with a bag ..I will make sure to never go there again...I understand it's a weekday but be nice and tell people it's time to move out of the room. My big criticism for the business is that they make it their policy and point that you can't bring in outside food but when the pizza THEY sell is just dominos pizza that they charge you DOUBLE for! I understand you need to make a profit but what is that?! It's not even made in house, it's just a piss-poor attempt to make profit and seems like they care very little for the actual experience of having a "Party." No outside cakes allowed unless you buy a birthday package, ridiculous, especially during these financially difficult covid times. They also don't allow outside food, which I would be completely fine with if they offered any food beside pizza. The last two trips I made here, no cooked food items on their menu are available except pizza. Maybe it's time to update your menu Sky Park. And to add insult after the worker told me my child couldn't celebrate with their cake and there was no outside food and drink allowed. Great place to take the kids but recently I found out the price jumped (pun intended) from around $8 an hour to $14. Don't understand the huge price jump and not really worth it in some ways. They are slowly going to be losing business with that new price. read more

Overall this place has great potential to be a "go to" for family entertainment. Unfortunately a few things really ruined it for us. 1) there is a 'mall cop' there with a point to prove. Apparently he calls the shots in that neck of the woods when he is not driving around in his golf cart. Joking aside...has a real power trip and actually threatened to arrest a bunch of adults with their kids because they were playing with sparklers outside in celebration of a child's birthday. 2) venue directed toward kids but the music is highly inappropriate. Twice I heard a song about 'banging on the sofa...banging on the counter...'. Not classy by any means. 3) felt like injury was just waiting to happen as the sections that are supposed to be restricted to toddlers had kids WAY over the height limit running around like bulls in a china shop. There is literally a bar with a sign that says "you must be shorter than this to enter". Boys would just duck under it and plow right in and run around where there are 2-3 year olds trying to play. Perhaps the mall cop would be more useful enforcing rules like that. read more

We had a party and the hostess was very rude we still had plenty of time left and she strated cleaning and moving our stuff she even begun vacuumming. It has a star but it doesn't deserve it. The family had a party here and it was just a disaster , we didn't know who are host was they left out over priced pizza in the "party cube" and didn't tell us when it was ready so by the time we ate pizza and cut the cake they were already kicking us out ! They could've given us a 5-10 minute warning ! But no they came in and just told us to move out stuff to the other tables outside the party cube ..... SMH this place it very ghetto and I don't recommend it ! The ppl working the front desk are very rude and clearly shouldn't be working in costumer service ! The restrooms were disgusting ! Today was our first time visiting this park. I don't want to give them too much of a low score because I think the place in itself is great. Granted I haven't been to a whole lot of trampoline parks but decided to take my little guy today after I picked him up from school. The good: place is huge, has options for the entire family and seems like we could spend some nice family time here when time permits. They have a great toddler area which, from what I've heard, is lacking at many trampoline parks. Staff is very nice. The reasons I won't give Sky Park 5 stars is due to the following. The not so good: place could use some better upkeep. Totally understand that kids will toss balls around etc but from what I could see things maybe aren't organized as they could be. Also, when I was jumping on the kids section I noticed pipes and other items being stored under trampolines, I thought that was odd. Lastly, the area where the balls are and the foam are too shallow for kids. My son jumped in and hurt his knee because he hit the floor due to no balls at the front of the pit. A mom commented to me that the same happened to her son in the foam pit. It's tough to always keep things nice and tidy but I think it leaves a great impression on your customers and it's worth it in the end. You will have very happy repeat customers. read more

DONT GO HERE!!!!!!! Unless you're around the age of 12! They should put "Kids Sky Park" you can't even go into the foam pit more than once unless you are 12 and under. You have to pay for pretty much everything like the socks, the baseball cage, ohhhh and if you wear denim you can't jump, so you have to buy leggings. Not only that you can only open your locker once which is also another fee, and you have to wear this huge ass sticker that just keeps falling off every minute! If you're not a little kid don't waste your time just go to "Get Air" (801 W Dove Ave , McAllen Tx 78504) it's better and cheaper also has more things for everyone not only little children can do!!! read more

CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK! My family & I took a little trip this past weekend, and after being cooped up in the car for many hours the kids were ready to stretch their legs and burn off some energy! I've been looking for some batting cages since the zone has closed and I've finally found some!!! The customer service is amazing they ask if the ball is going to slow or to high and are willing to adjust to my personal preference. I then came again with my girlfriend to jump and it was great. They have these halftime that are great to do tricks on and parkour. The area is extremely spacious and really big. All in all it was a really great experience and I'll definitely will be going again. I would definitely recommend it more than the other two in McAllen. But the thing that really makes it for me are the cages. It's great for all ages I just think the other review is trying to promote get air so they seem bias. read more
