On Mondays, Pizza Hut was offering medium pizzas for around $5.99, while customers at the park were charged approximately $18.39 for a pizza. The markup felt excessive and unfair to families. Cleanliness was another major concern. The foam pits did not appear to have been cleaned for a very long time, and I personally saw old COVID masks in one of them. Dust accumulated throughout the facility, including on the trampoline nets, which appeared to go long periods without being cleaned. The park frequently ran out of grip socks, creating frustration for both employees and guests. The air conditioning also struggled to keep the building at a comfortable temperature, especially during busy hours. As a manager, I also witnessed operational issues behind the scenes. Several coworkers told me they had experienced problems cashing their paychecks, and I was personally contacted by a check-cashing business regarding one of those checks. While I cannot speak to every situation, hearing these concerns from multiple employees raised serious questions for me about how the business was being operated. The park also stopped selling slushies because, to my knowledge while I worked there, it did not have the required health certification to sell food for an extended period. In addition, one of the other parks owned by the same owners later closed. My understanding at the time was that it was related to unpaid rent. I also found it concerning that many five-star reviews appeared to be connected to customers receiving discounts on jump time in exchange for leaving reviews. While businesses can encourage feedback, I believe customers should be able to see reviews that represent genuine experiences. Overall, my experience left me with serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, employee treatment, and the overall operation of the park. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for both employees and families. Based on my personal experience working there, I would not recommend taking your children there.

It's very colorful and stimulating, even for adults. We had a party room reserved and a coordinator is assigned to assist with handling wristbands, socks for all your guests who will be jumping, and anything else you need. She was sweet, but also late. Notwithstanding all the kids had lots of fun. We had the room for 2 hours, which might seem short but was ample enough to have the kids eat pizza, sing Happy Birthday and have cake. Nearly everyone was out jumping or running around having a great time, even well after the party room reservation was over. My granddaughter said it was "the best birthday ever!" It only took a few minutes during the ride home and she was fast asleep. I only gave it a four star rating because the A/C was on and off throughout the entire time we were there. It was crowded, so needless to say it was stuffy and almost hard to breathe. Notwithstanding, I'd highly recommend this place to everyone, especially if you have little ones that need to burn off some energy.

So, the fact that this experience was *this bad* should tell you something. We checked the website and decided to do the unlimited jump and laser tag package for our 3 kids. When we arrived the place was absolutely dead, which should have been our first warning sign that this was not worth the money. The prices on the website were also inaccurate, and they told us they "needed to update it." We asked for 2 hours of time, only to find that the arcade and games were shut off, there was nobody here to play laser tag with, and that the skating and the nicer inflatable jumping section aren't included either. Additionally, the facilities were old, dilapidated, and run down. Something even dripped on my leg from the ceiling. We went to ask to have our time brought back from 2 hours to 1, and we were told that they didn't do any kind of reduction in time, even though we'd only been at the place for 30 minutes. When I mentioned that it was ridiculous that the attractions and games were turned off and that nobody was here to play laser tag with us, I was met with the reply of "well when you walked in you could have seen the games were off." The games are on the far side of the building, far away from the counter, and it's not a customer's job to investigate to make sure that a place is up and running before handing over money. I walked away and began this review, only to have an employee find me to come back to the front. The woman behind the counter called her general manager, and then allowed me to speak with her. When I got on the phone, I was very calm, and explained the situation. She began to talk very fast and shouted over me that they don't do refunds and that we don't pay for the games in our admission. I explained to her that having everything turned off and nobody to play laser tag with was still not what we paid for. She started to get even more agitated, and then offered to refund the "like 3 dollars" for laser tag, and then threatened to call the police. I have no idea why. I just laughed and dropped the phone back on the counter and walked away, as she continued to yell. As I type this, it appears that two employees are hiding under a table in an abandoned dining area, and everyone working here appears to know they work in a dump. This was, by far, the worst waste of money we've spent in years, and the only positive thing to come from this experience was the ability to write this review to warn others not to come here. However, by 7:15 PM, the tables still hadn't been cleaned. We spoke to our "host," who responded with an attitude and claimed it wasn't her fault. We even offered to help, but that didn't seem to make a difference. We then ordered pizzas, and we were told that they would take 30-45 minutes. By 9:00 PM, we still hadn't received them because our order had been forgotten. When we spoke to the people in charge, they were incredibly disrespectful. All of our guests commented that it looked like the staff member was ready to start a confrontation rather than resolve the issue. It was an extremely disappointing experience, WERE NEVER COMING BACK.

There was only 1 employee working and a swarm of birthday kids smeared cupcake frosting, sprayed Capri Sun and littered chips throughout the already grungy place and no parents or employees stopped it from happening. Eventually the solo employee showed up with a broom. Please try harder! I would buy a season pass here again in a moment if I knew it was being cleaned and well managed.
