I had seen this place many times driving through West Chicago and after multiple trips to my local stores one day, no one in my local area seemed to be able to keep Kratom shots in stock and also claimed to have troubles procuring more as supply was tight. So I decided to head over to Green Smoke and see what they had. The shop has a clean open floor plan and seems to have a massive selection of just about everything one could possibly want. There was a dizzying array vape juice, tobacco wrappers, and smoking pieces galore! I came for the Kratom shots though. I entered the door and took a look around to see if I could see where the Kratom section was and a man behind the counter greeted me and asked me how I could be helped and I said "Do you have OPMS Gold Liquid shots?" He said yes they did and he walked across the room to me left to a glass case and said this is the selection we have as he opened up the case to retrieve the shots. I told him how happy I was to see he had them as my neighborhood was out and mentioned my back was a mess. He asked me how often do I need to treat this pain and I said when it's really bad it's 3 times a week then minimum once a week til it's fully worked out and no longer spasmodic. He recognized my specific needs and said he would make sure to order more in advance so that he's always got it on hand for me. I can't tell you how rare that is these days for people to actually take into account their customers needs. This is not terribly far from my house but even if it were, I would make the drive as they have made a legitimate effort to care and ensure they can be ready to serve my needs. This is how you run a business. This is how you win customers. This is how you keep customers. This will be the first place I go from now on. Great atmosphere. Exceptional staff!
