They know you and recognize you each and every time, even when 5-10 years pass between the visits. The staff is extremely friendly and it is a joy to see a strong face every time you visit. I have been to other funeral homes, but none in my eyes as nice as Heintzelman's. They also have a lot of parking available which is great because many funeral homes do not have enough.

During an extremely difficult time for myself and family we chose McHugh-Wilczek for our family members funeral services. During the preparations the customer service we received was not what I expected considering the business they are in but when it came down to the actual day of service, Mr. Wilczek took care of everything and made sure everything was in place before, during and after the service. It made a very difficult day a bit easier. So if you can get past the non compassion and cold demenor you will be happy with the services.
