2hrs of fun and independent play time for a very energetic toddler. The place is clean and easy to get too. Parking is free and they have food and refreshments. Getting a membership is actually a deal if you are a mom or dad that just want to relax on weekends and let your kids play and burn some energy off.

At least on one rather unfriendly front desk staff member. Not sure about everything else - might be great, but first impressions matter.

    Is it OK for adults?

Yes. I’ve seen adults both as parents and individually with friends play here.

It is not always common to have strangers treat our son with a disability with the kindness that was shown that day (2/8/25).

Signing the waiver is pretty easy, you can do so on your phone. They have socks for purchase but we had our own from the previous visit. They have plenty of lockers and cubby's to store your shoes, outer wear etc. The kids enjoyed the trampoline park & the arcade. There is a $30 minimum for warm food to be delivered. I ordered a 14" pizza from Salerno's and some fries to meet that threshold. The food was pretty good. I at first thought it was too much for my small group but we (or I) managed to finish it all. They have some beverages and snacks you can order in the meantime. There's plenty of space for adults or those not participating to sit and I saw quite a few people on their laptops working and even reading. Overall, the kids definitely had fun.

See my review on google with the email exchange. We received not about payment for classes, which I missed (and I admit to be scatterbrained) and this happened previously; so, I understand. They then sent an email saying that we needed to "pay or be banned", and I emailed back that I was confused as we have never been to their gym (so, how could we be banned). And then they decided to note when we last visited their website (2 weeks ago). I asked for clarification again - saying if we pay we are but if we don't we are banned or we were just banned. When my husband chimed in to ask if we could pay immediately, we received another baffling email.

They told us you could pay a large fee for an hour of private coaching - we said ok - they never got back to us. But they are one of the only gyms in town, so the waitlist is long and they don't have to treat the parents decently (especially the parents of kids who are there to improve skills, coordination, balance, etc. but not be actual gymnasts), because there are always other new families waiting to get in.

When you're looking for stuff to do with your kids, you have 3 main questions:…read more 1. Will my kid have fun? 2. Will it make my kid tired enough to sleep? 3. Can I do this without spending a fortune? In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.

The Mama hosting the party was all…read morestressed out as she thought they booked a private room for the party but Altitude advised otherwise. It was a huge party too, about 20 kids + their parents so it was pretty chaotic from the start. With it being winter and everyone having gigantic coats on, the space to move around and maneuver within the party area was pretty tight! But I guess all that comes with the territory and for those with kids, it's pretty much expected. Took my daughter to the trampoline area and the place is huge with different areas to jump in and run around. It's a lot of kids and I don't believe there were enough workers to supervise all of the individual areas. It's easy to lose your kid here, especially if they are small and under 10 years old. So I chose to stay close to mine. My daughter did get hurt right before the end of the party. I made sure she wasn't in a highly trafficked area and of course the moment I take my eyes off her for what seemed like 5 seconds, I find her on the ground crying and claiming she is not able to get up. I thought she had broken her leg. After consoling her and asking her what happened, she finally told me that some little boy collided with her and banged her knee. The moral of the story is, be careful when you come here as it's risky. There is not really a separate place for young kids and big kids - they all pretty much jump together. I tried to protect her from the rowdy kids but I've come to the realization that these trampoline parks are a big liability. That is why they make you sign a waiver when you come. It's a fun place but we may be taking a little break until my little one is a little bigger.

After a long while of messing around and help from another employee we finally got the tickets we needed as well as the required socks.
